03.02.2020: During this particular time, the safety of our customers, our staff and our partners is our number one priority. We are currently operating as usual, while taking all the necessary precautions. Please know that we are closely monitoring the latest advice from the World Health Organisation, along with local and national Government bodies to review our approach as the situation evolves.
01.03.2020 until further notice: Due to the current situation with Cov-19, transport takes longer, and teams work in smaller number. This drastically delays the shipping. We are currently not able to assure you that the parcel will arrive within 15 working days. Shipment can be delayed up to 3 weeks above our usual shipping time.
05.05.2020: At the moment and until further notice, we are forced to stop standard shipping to La Reunion, Singapore and New Zealand. Express shipping remain available for those destinations.
We welcome orders from all over the world and can ship pretty much anywhere.
The parcel will leave from Hong Kong within 1-2 working days after order confirmation. The shipping time is usually 4-10 days for most countries in the world, but can sometimes take up to 15 working days (Saturday, Sunday and public holiday not included). Patience is a virtue and we believe best things in life are worth waiting for, so we hope you will bear with us. In a hurry? We offer the option of express shipping as well.
Standard shipping: 4-15 working days. Include a tracking number, but no signature required upon delivery.
Express shipping: 2-4 working days. Include a tracking number and a signature upon delivery.
Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business day. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and the website to track your parcel. Your courrier will be your national post company (UPS for the USA, La Poste for France, Deutsche Post for Germany, etc). You can alternatively track your parcel on their website too.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed by the carrier to be delivered to the address provided by the customer.

ORDERS SHIPPED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS
Please check your shipping address to make sure it is up-to-date with your current address information, and not with a previous computer auto-saved address. If the parcel got lost because of a wrong address, we cannot be held accountable. If your order is returned to us, we will contact you in order to get your new address. We will then request you to pay the full cost of shipping the products to you at the correct address. This amount might be higher than the first time shipment where we took upon ourselves to offer lower shipping costs.
We only want our customers to be happy. You got scared away by the razor? Don’t be, read on here for a few advices on how to get along with your new BFF. If you really changed your mind, it’s ok, it happens: we can accept returns up to 30 days after you receive the parcel. Contact us at email@example.com for a hassle-free return. Return shipping fee however will remain the responsibility of the buyer. Thank you for your understanding.
NON-PLASTIC & RECYCLED PACKAGING
We strive in using almost none to zero plastic in our business. The razors themselves are made from durable material, resistant to corrosion. They come in a cotton bag, a kraft gift box, and packed in a kraft mailer box sealed with paper tape. Our blades are made of stainless steel and platinum, individually wrapped in paper and packed in a tiny cardboard box. Don’t be surprise if your parcel arrive within a random box that we have reused. We also strongly advise you to give all this packing material a second/third/etc life by reusing it for your own needs. As a last resort, you could recycle it.
CUSTOMS, DUTY AND IMPORT TAX
Customs fee or domestic charges (VAT for example) on international shipments are charged based on aleatory check ups. This is why we don't include them in our prices. Charges (if any) are determined by customs when the shipment arrives at its first stop in your country. This process may delay the delivery of your order beyond the delivery timeline we provide, and it's unfortunately beyond our control. Those costs are to be handled and paid by the customer who is importing the goods into his country and is therefor responsible for.
If you have any questions about those potential charges, please contact the customs department of your country to get adequate information on regulations and costs. Please note that we must indicate the actual sale value of the merchandise on the customs forms and cannot write parcels as "gift" or "sample" to save on import duties (unless of course it is actually is a gift or sample from us).
