Due to Covid-19, we are still experiencing significant delivery delays as a result of social distancing measures and limited flights.
We do everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible. But more than ever, it's essential to place your orders early if you plan to have them as gift under the tree. Here are our cut-off date given as an indication:
France: 17th December 2020
Europe: 8th December 2020
Rest of the world: 1st December 2020
Those dates are given as an indication and can be subject to change. Custom procedures are not included and may vary depending on your destination country.
We welcome orders from all over the world and can ship pretty much anywhere.
The parcel will leave from our warehouse in France within 1-2 working days after you placed your order.
Here are shipping times of the standard shipping option for your reference (not inclusive of the preparation time of 1-2 working days mentioned above)
- France: 2-4 working days
- Europe: 3-7 working days
- Switzerland & Rest of the world: 6-12 working days
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and the website link to track your parcel. Your courrier will be your national post company (UPS for the USA, La Poste for France, Deutsche Post for Germany, etc). You can alternatively track your parcel on their website too.
If the delivery is attempted while nobody is home, your parcel will be dropped for pick-up at your closest post office. In most cases, you should receive a notification card in your mailbox, or a text on your mobile phone number (if you provided one).
We also offer Mondial Relay and Fedex deliveries when possible.
ORDERS STATUS IS DELIVERED
If an order status is marked as delivered, it means that the parcel has arrived at your address, or is at your nearest post-office for pick-up.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed by the carrier to be delivered to the address provided by the customer.
Please make sure to provide a safe address for the delivery. If you know that packages are usually left outside of your mailbox where anybody could have access to it, please chose to have it delivered to your workplace or another place of choice instead.
ORDERS SHIPPED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS
We are not responsible for orders that can't be delivered due to an incorrect address.
Please check your shipping address to make sure it is up-to-date (and not a previous computer/phone auto-saved address). If the parcel got lost because of a wrong address, we cannot be held accountable. If your order is returned to us, we will contact you in order to get your correct address. We will request you to pay the cost of shipping the products again at the corrected address.
You changed your mind? It happens! We can accept returns up to 30 days after you receive the parcel.
Only unused, non-damaged item returned in their original state and packaging will be accepted.
Return shipping postage and fee remain the responsibility of the buyer. Please chose a tracked option as we cannot be held accountable for lost parcels taht aren't sent by us.

NON-PLASTIC & RECYCLED PACKAGING
We strive in using almost none to zero plastic in our business. We use only non-plastic and recyclable packaging material. Don’t be surprise if your parcel arrive within a random box that we have reused. We also strongly advise you to give all this packing material a second/third/etc life by reusing it for your own needs. As a last resort, you could recycle it.
CUSTOMS, DUTY AND IMPORT TAX
Before purchasing online, always check where the parcel will be shipped from. This can have an impact on whether or not you will be requested to pay taxes to the postal company in exchange of your parcel.
For all Bareaya orders, your parcel will leave from France. All destinations within the European Union will have no custom process.
For all other destinations, please contact the customs department of your country to get adequate information on regulations and costs. Those said costs are to be handled and paid by the customer who is importing the goods into his country and is therefor responsible for. Please note that we must indicate the actual sale value of the merchandise on the customs forms and cannot write parcels as "gift" or "sample" to save on import duties (unless of course it is actually is a gift or sample from us).
Custom process may delay the delivery of your order beyond the delivery timeline we provide, and it's unfortunately beyond our control.
